How rewards work
Virtual balance stays virtual.
If a Performance 50 trader records $400 in qualifying simulated profit, the 50% calculation produces a potential $200 company-funded cash performance reward. The $1,500, $3,000, or $6,000 virtual balance itself has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Reward eligibility
Initial requirements include five qualifying trading days, three profitable days, and a largest profitable day no greater than 50% of the simulated profit used for the request. Caps and review requirements apply.
