This pre-launch policy describes the categories of information Mammeth expects to process. It should receive legal review before paid launch.
Information we collect
Account registration information, authentication and security records, simulated trading activity, device and network information, communications, purchases, subscriptions, and reward-request records.
How information is used
To provide and secure the platform, calculate server-authoritative account results, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, process approved transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
Service providers
Authorized hosting, market-data, analytics, communications, identity, payment, and security providers may process limited information on Mammeth’s behalf. Coinbase market data does not make Coinbase the executor of simulated orders.
Retention and security
Records are retained for operational, dispute, security, accounting, and legal needs. Mammeth uses access controls, encryption in transit, password hashing, audit logging, and server-side validation, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of certain personal information. A verified privacy-request channel will be published before paid launch.
