Terms of Service
These pre-launch terms summarize the intended service and require legal review before paid evaluations become available.
Simulated service
Mammeth provides simulated cryptocurrency trading using third-party market data. It is not an exchange or brokerage account, and simulated orders are not transmitted to a market venue.
Virtual balances
Virtual balances are platform data, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn. They are not deposits, investments, or customer-owned trading capital.
Program rules
Each account is governed by its attached rule version. Users are responsible for reviewing account rules before trading. Attempted manipulation, unauthorized access, multiple-account abuse, or interference with platform operation may result in restriction or closure following review.
Purchases and subscriptions
Evaluation and activation purchases are one-time unless clearly identified otherwise. Entry Assist is the optional recurring subscription. Final checkout terms, refund terms, and cancellation procedures will be shown before payment.
Performance rewards
Eligible cash performance rewards are paid separately by the company according to the applicable Performance Reward Program. Eligibility, consistency, payout caps, identity review, fraud review, and payment status requirements apply.
Availability
Market-data interruptions may pause new simulated executions. Mammeth may maintain, secure, or suspend services when reasonably required, without fabricating market prices or retroactively changing completed simulated trades.
